We value you as a customer and our aim is for you to have a great shopping experience and to enjoy our natural hair care products.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, unless the product arrived damaged. If you have any issues or concerns about a specific item that was ordered, please contact j.mirandabeauty@yahoo.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact j.mirandabeauty@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approval for return  will not be accepted.

Refunds/Return

Our store policy is no refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, we will gladly re-send a new product to replace the damage or defective one.
